General Rental Questions
How does rental process work?
- Add a product(s) to your shopping cart and select the contract length.
- Accept the rental contract at checkout.
- Pay for the first month of rental at checkout.
- We will ship your product(s) to you.
- Recurring billing begins on the following month on the day you received your product.
What products do you rent?
We offer a wide variety of rental products, home goods, and tools to customers across the 48 contiguous United States. Be sure to check Grab Bag often for unique rentals.
Which states do you serve?
We provide rental services to all 48 contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Rentals are shipped to you for Free and we also cover return shipping when you complete your rental.
How do I place a rental order?
Simply browse our products on our website, select your rental period, sign the rental contract, and complete your order through our secure checkout process powered by Stripe.
How does your pricing work?
All rental prices are clearly shown on product pages. Pricing is 25% less than that of the large rent-to-own companies. Prices include shipping to you and return shipping at the end of your rental. You will see the total cost, including taxes, at checkout. Your recurring autopay is also clearly listed. So no surprises or hidden fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure Stripe payment processing system. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
Are there any additional fees?
No. We believe in completely transparent pricing! The prices on product pages are what you pay for the first month and then monthly for your rental. Your local sales tax will be also be clearly listed at checkout.
Possible additional costs: Save your packing materials: To avoid any additional costs at your local pack and ship when you return your rental.
Damages: IF you have damaged your rental, you will have to pay for damages after your rental is returned.
Is there Free Shipping and Returns?
The is no additional cost for the delivery of your rental to you. Nor is there any cost for return shipping of your rental.
Should I save my packaging?
We recommend saving your packaging to avoid any additional expense when returning your rental. If you choose not to save your packaging, you will be responsible for paying for packaging at your local pack and ship to return your rental.
Do you require security deposits?
No. We do not require security deposits on rentals.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and digital payment methods through our secure Stripe payment processing system. All transactions are encrypted and protected.
How does recurring billing work for rentals?
Rentals are automatically billed to your payment method on file on a monthly basis. You will billed for the first month at checkout. Then we delay your recurring billing date until you have received your rental. Nobody likes paying for things they don't have yet. Example: you rented on the first of the month and paid for your first month at that time. Your next recurring billing will happen on the 8th of the following month.
How do I update my Credit card or change to ACH?
You can update your payment method at any time on your account page.
If you forget your account password, click on "Forgot Password" on the login page to reset it.
Do you charge sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is automatically calculated by Stripe at checkout based on your address.

Your account is created automatically at checkout.
How do I reset my password?
Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email address. You'll receive a secure reset link in a few minutes. Please check your spam/junk folder in case the email is there.
Free Shipping
Is shipping Free?
Yes. Shipping is Free for both Delivery and Return.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping on most items takes between 5 and 7 days. For large products such 65" + TVs, freight shipping can take up to 14 days. Note: recurring billing doesn't start until you have received your shipment.
Is there rush or expedited shipping?
No. We do not offer rush or expedited shipping at this time. Our mission is to keep rentals as inexpensive as possible. Part of that mission is keeping shipping costs as low as possible.
Rentals Vs Rent-to-Own
Is Rentals Delivered Rent-to-Own?
No. Rentals Delivered is not a Rent-to-Own business. We offer rentals at the best prices possible. We do not offer any rent-to-own options.
Why don't offer rent-to-own options?
We focus on providing pure rentals at the lowest possible prices—typically 25% less than rent-to-own companies. We believe this offers the best value for our customers.
Why did you decide against having a rent-to own option?
Rentals offer true flexibility, the lowest monthly payments, and the ability. Basically, the math makes the most sense. It's better for the customer and better for the environment.
Why are rentals better for the environment than rent-to-own?
Rentals are better for the environment than rent-to-own because, at the end of your contract, you can return the rental, and we'll get it to a new renter who wants it. Perfectly good products being thrown away simply because someone wants something different is horrible for the planet.
Why Are rentals cheaper than rent-to-own?
Most rent-to-own agreements require 12-24 months of payments totaling 2-3x the retail price. If you really want to own something, you're better off renting from us short-term while saving money to buy it outright at the end of your contract or elsewhere.
Bottom line: We believe renting should be about temporary access at an affordable price, not a long-term financial commitment. Our customers choose us because they want the flexibility of renting without the obligation of ownership—and they save money in the process.
